Salou: how is it?

Me and 4 other friends, all male 20-21 years old, wanted to go to Salou this summer. We have been to Lloret de Mar, Magaluf and Benidorm and we were looking for a similar experience. We are looking for a type of vacation where we can just play football at the beach, drink and party at night. I understand that it’s not everyone’s ideal vacation, but we enjoy it. So, I wanted some more info on the city.

Is the nightlife crazy and full of people (like we have experienced in Magaluf or Lloret) or is it more chill?

Do you have any advice? (Like transport from Barca to Salou, best clubs, where to book our house exactly,…?) Any helpful info is appreciated, thanks!
