Property question

What am I missing on this one? How can the daughter release the easement if she wasn’t the easement holder when she signed the release? She didn’t own the land when she signed the release? I understand that if she signed it then she can’t act like she didn’t know about it but I don’t understand under what authority she’s able to release the easement?
