Shanghai Major feels higher stakes than Copenhagen Major

I can't say for certain, but this major feels like it matters more for players. The images/video and interviews coming out the past few days/weeks make me feel like this one matters more.

The wins feel more exhilarating and the losses feel more devastating. Maybe it's because of the player shuffle post-major, or because we are nearing the end of the year and this major could determine the final questions regarding the top 20.

Regardless, the stories unfolding feel like they have more weight than the last major. Am I imaging this?
