Tryna get toned. Need advice.
Alright, context, this photo was taken back in October, I was doing really good at the gym for a couple months but after Thanksgiving, life happened and I had to take some time away from the gym. I’m finally back at it this week and unfortunately my body hasn’t changed much since these pics were taken. So, what I’m tryna do is flatten my stomach and get my whole body toned. I’m 6’2 at 245 pounds, I heavily curved my daily sugar intake, my only source of sugar is my occasional mocha iced coffee from Dunkin but even then that’s maybe a couple times a week, also occasional fruits but other than that I drink coffee at home with sugar free creamer and I also mix it with protein powder. I’m big on proteins and fiber and moderate carbs. Any insight would be appreciated.
