How's life without a healer?

What are your team comps? How do you heal? Do you run around with a half-empty life bar?

I've had at least one healer in my team since day one (thank you Barbs for saving my ass so many times) so I can't imagine going about without one. I was just wondering what life is like on the other side of the fence.
