Drill bit question

I’ve been doing gel nails for almost a year now, and been using an e-file the whole time. I just bought a nicer one from Melody Susie and I’m excited for it to get here! My question is, what bit do you use to shape builder gel? I typically put my builder gel on thick and not very even because I always go in with my drill and shape them (which I actually quite enjoy). I’ve been using a sanding band for the shaping but find it wears out so quickly and I’m having to change it out every 2-3 nails. I only have a couple cheap ceramic bits, which some have a manufacturing flaw, so I haven’t really tried them. And I’ve heard carbide bits are more for acrylic so I’d worry they’d be too harsh on just builder gel.

TLDR: what e-file bit do you use to shape builder gel?
