Burning pain??

I was recently diagnosed with gastritis, h pylori and have inflamed cardiac-type mucosa (whatever that is). I’m on my last day of treatment for the h pylori. What made me end up asking for an endoscopy was constant burning right at and beneath my sternum. Is that a classic symptom with my diagnosis? It burns and aches. I do get burning in my actual stomach too. Loads of burping, I believe probably some reflux, bloating, racing heart with palpitations, etc.

But this burning is really getting to me. Started up in September, had like a 1-2 week break from it and it’s back now that I’m on quad therapy for h pylori.
