Worried about Autoimmune Gastritis

Last time I did my endoscopy, it said I had mild chronic gastritis of oxyntic mucosa on the biopsy. This time recently, it says I have mild glandular atrophy of oxyntic mucosa. I also had GERD+Hiatal hernia show up to in this second test, though not sure if that's related.

I'm worried this means autoimmune gastritis or pernicious anemia. I did some testing for parietal cell antibodies and anti-IF and they were negative but I'm not sure if this rules out autoimmune gastritis.

Below is my biopsy report. The biopsy report mentions that a few things cause this sort of finding for glandular atrophy. I don't smoke or drink or have dealt with h pylori....so im worried it's autoimmune gastritis. My main symptom is that I get a gnawing pain and burning in my stomach for a few days and it quiets down again. I also have constipation. Please help me out if you know if this could be autoimmune gastritis.
