sunflower

i tried growing sunflower plant in home but it failed after sprouting and shooting up for few days the shoot grows green in a few days and then withers after that I have bought these seeds from Amazon and they had a pretty good rating not sure whats going wrong, but is it possible to grow sunflower at home in hyderabad? if so what care needs to be taken ?
