How can I rejuvenate these patches in my lawn?

Hi My Walter buffalo lawn has got so many white patches I am not sure what to do about apart from watering. I water few mins twice a week as of now

Also how will I know if lawn has enough water or needs more of?

Any other supplements I can add like similar to seasol but for lawn?
