What do you use for calf raises?

I've been using a ForceUSA calf block for the past year. But it's been frustrating because my toes slip off during the set, and I keep having to reset my feet.

Was thinking about replacing this with a slant board. Anyone using them for calf raises? Any feedback before I buy one?
