All games that aren't ~10$ have a manual at minimum unless otherwise noted, im pretty sure they just all do as well. Ill double check before I ship too. Same deal, any game more than like $10 is either in great condition or I had it resurfaced on a quality machine at a retro games store. I was pretty picky myself, so you can expect to receive good quality/condition games.
