Any tips?

I'v been hitting the gym for like 2-3 years, but took it seriously 5-6months ago. I consistently been going to gym 5 times a week, sometimes 6 or even 7. And I see no results. My goal is to lose weight. All I do I see my muscles getting bigger (bicep, legs) but I want to lose belly fat, and overall bodyfat %. So any tips on diet, or overall tips?
