Warm Startup Boost Hesitation?

When taking off after stopping somewhere quick and the car is at operating temp still I have noticed there is a 2 second delay or hesitation in the boost coming on. It generally goes away after 2-3 minutes but has on occasion lasted about 5 minutes.

Pressing throttle halfway down will bring the boost needle to 0 and sit there for 2 seconds before starting to build boost.

Has anyone else noticed this or is this something programmed I don’t know about?
