Edit: u/Eulogiii and u/same_cicada4903 have rightfully pointed out that the missing seconds are in fact milliseconds. And that the entire effect might be a video editing template. Anyone here familiar with Final Cut Pro to weigh in if that is the case, or if it would be even possible to create a countdown like this with certain numbers missing?

I got inspired by FinanceLancelot on X to take a closer look at Roaring Kitty's 7 nation army glitch/what's in the box meme. And in particular to look at the missing seconds in the slowed down frames part.
