What are your guaranteed triggers?

I think we can all agree that one of the biggest issues with having GERD is the unknown, those that are hard to pin down, and also those things that may on some occasions be a trigger, but other times not (eg portion related). I'm interested to see what people's guaranteed triggers are.

My guaranteed triggers are:

carbonated beverages.

citrus fruits (particularly oranges).

alcohol.

pastries (particularly pies).

sausages.

oats.
