Ladies? Pain in boob?

Not like sore boob's like when your period cone. More like stinging or quick sharp jabs of pain while also having heartburn? For me it's only in my right boob...

It's a strange sensation. Sometimes in two different areas simultaneously. I'm sure it's some nerve thing. This condition is so weird and has so many different symptoms.
