First Time Test Taker (Ohio)

So I applied to my local JFS to help me obtain my GED. They provided a voucher that would pay for all of my tests in full. I passed the RLA test and a few months afterwards I moved to another county. I applied to the JFS in that county to continue my studying and testing.

I then decided I was ready to take the Math test, so I notified the teacher and she said I'd need to bring a voucher and a payment card. I told her that I would try to get the voucher I had from the previous county I lived in and see if that would work. The voucher I had from the previous county did not work as it only paid for one of the 4 tests because it was a single use voucher.

So the current teacher I have said I'd nmhave to contact the career center and see if she could find out what happened to my voucher codes and if she couldn't find out what happened, she'd see if she could get me a new one.

According to the teacher, there should be a voucher given to pay for all four tests which was not provided to me by the previous teacher. The previous teacher was supposed to email them to me.

Now, I'm trying to contact the state office to see if I could petition this situation so I could get a new voucher.

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do about it or how was this issue resolved?
