This is about my future time to lock in

Im in year 10 currently.I have my end of year exams in july, and my mocks in december. My subjects were English lit English language Biology Physics Chemistry Maths Religious education Geography Design technology Computer Science Business studies I am thoroughly lost in terms of revision as i want to achieve top grades in hopes of studying medicine in the future.Could someone maybe help i dont know how i should start revising and how to plan all this out. I am motivated to do it and i just need to create some sort of a revision timetable (Sorry for my writing being to messy and unorganised you can see how i am but offtopic i was simultaneously cooking dinner while typing )
