dermatologist creams are not working

i've been going to the derm for half a year or so, and we have done a big progress with my hormonal acne. (like cysts and nodules) but i have fungal acne and it's been flaring up. she prescribed me clyndamicin face wash (antibiotic) and erythromycin topical solution (also antibiotic) i've been using this combo for 2 months and my fungal acne has been flaring up. i told my derm i feel like it's not working and i have fungal acne all over my face again especially on my nose but she persists i keep using this combo for another month. she now mixed in benzoyl peroxide with errythromicin even though i told her i have allergic reactions to BP. i still put it on and my face is red and burning. idk what to do. my FA is flaring up on my nose so bad and i look like a witch. what can i do? my next appointment with the derm is in a month :(
