Biggest hit to Budget is eating out/takeout...any tips and tricks to cut this down???

We all do it. Eat out, night out with friends and drinks. Setting budgets and limits is one thing....meeting those goals and staying under the thresholds is another thing. I cook a lot but still have those urges on weekends to eat out or get drinks with friends.

We've all made news year resolutions and I'm sure we've all experienced the fallout of those by Valentines Day. My personal budget tracker spreadsheet has allowed me to make strides....like add 5 figures to my saving, monitor my cash flow, and isolate the categories that hurt me most....hence forth this post.

My point is....whats the best and most realistic way you've cut down on dining out costs (or whatever category is highest for you monthly)?

Avoid food reels on IG, stop watching the Food Network, turn your phone off on the weekends?? lol

HELP.
