Market getting destroyed

Can somebody give some insight on how long they think the market will continue to linger on like this? It's December, 2 weeks prior to Christmas & the market is absolute trash. Insulting rates, dirt cheap partials, brokers want to require everything & anything to haul these dirt cheap loads..when does this turn around? This industry has become an absolute joke.
