Fortnite character freeze

Continually getting a glitch in matches that freezes my character. They cannot walk or use weapons and either get killed by an opponent or die in the storm. Using a PS4 on the Oceania server. Reported to Epic numerous times without any response.

Anyone have any advice to how to fix it?
