Censorship Workaround for Epic?

I recently booted up one of the original Guitar Hero games on my Wii, and while looking at the case, I noticed that below the T rating it specifically states, "Music Downloads from the store are not rated." Theoretically, could this mean that Epic could release the uncensored songs on the console marketplaces, similar to how they have bundles on the console stores that cost actual money and not V-bucks?
