Miku facts for curious Fortnite fans

[READ EDIT] 1. Miku was unsearchable on Google for a couple days because of her massive blow up*** when she released (in 2007). ***((EDIT: Thanks for the comments about this one. I was trying to summarize but it came out vague and misleading on the details instead and I'm truly sorry about that 🙏. Please take this fact with a grain of salt and read and like the comments or the wiki page on Neru I linked in one of my comments giving more detail on the fact :D I'm not fully removing my old words because I don't want to confuse anyone reading the comments later but let me know if this correction isn't clear enough)) She had a replacement named Neru and she had the same outfit as Miku but had one side ponytail that was yellow.
2. If you've heard Nyan cat, you've heard a song sung by a UTAU, similar to a Vocaloid! Miku is a Vocaloid which you may have seen in comments about her already. I'm not in the music making side of the community but Vocaloid and UTAUs have different apps and they can sound different but they are the same concept and the fandoms are intertwined almost completely.
3. Project sekai is a Miku mobile game with many "normal" characters (not vocaloids) created for the game as well. If you've seen chainsaw man at all, the girl that voices Makima also voices Kanade, one of the characters. Mikus voice provider was also a va for the shikanoko anime (a silly deer one) if you saw those memes
4. Vocaloid/project sekai has colabed with Pokemon, Sanrio (hello kitty), and Miku herself has been at Coachella!
5. Project sekais first movie is about to come out in Japan (in fact it might already be out?) and it's focused on Miku of course!
6. Miku has concerts. She used to be a hologram but for the first time in 2024 they used a TV which made everyone literally FREAK OUT 💀 As someone who went to one of her concerts that time, it was really good. Miku concerts have a strong focus on lightsticks, which you change the color to match the characters (there's five other vocaloids that the company Crypton made other than Miku that are with her at concerts, yes they are well loved too). The energy there is unreal
7. In case this wasn't clear, anyone can make Miku sing anything (with a bit of cash for her voicebank, no pirating 😡) and one cover she has on the internet is Chug Jug with you. It's very silly so I highly recommend listening to it at least once, it's by someone named Suzie
