Solo Reload Glitch/bug

I play on switch and ps5 and it only does this glitch on switch, but I die twice and when I have no reboots left, it says I eliminated myself, spectating (Myself) and I can't do anything... Epic please fix this, if there is a way to prevent this please let me know
