Saves missing, help?

Ps5, I suspect my data is unretrievable. I beat the game last night, woke up today to run around Athia and finish everything I skipped only to see that all my save files are missing except for one autosave right before Frey picks up Cuff at the beginning. I found a few other conversations about this bug but no solutions. My cloud back up is "synched," so again I suspect my saves are just gone. Any input on this problem before I start my second go around? Would like to avoid the issue if it's something I did...
