Dealership Negotiation Question

I went to the dealership today to compare colors and trim levels on the 2025 F150 Raptors. I am still a month away from buying due to some cash coming in. It was perfect because I was thinking I wanted the Carbonized Grey in 802A and they had that color in 801A and Space White in 802A. I got to test drive both on the freeway and didn’t notice a difference. When I said I wanted to a month they offered to put 37” tires and leveling kit on the 801A and not charge me the 11k. They already put a 10k market adjustment above MsRP on both. Two questions, should I have done it? Is this an okay compromise if I get offered this in the future. (Probably won’t happen again.
