Absolutely horrible mpg

I bought a used 2017 Ford explorer sport, from maxwell, it has 120k miles on it, kinda alot.

I am getting less then 200 miles a tank with 93 gas, 9 mpg highway and 8 city

I use curse control alot on the highway too, never really go above speed limit with it too.

I replaced spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, coolent.

I don't idel for too long

Tho at higher speeds my car vibrates, went to dealer and they said my front wheel hub had a small dent when they installed tire and hit it with a hammer

Honestly what should I do? Try to sell it, Get a different car? Try to make them fix there mistake (I doubt it's killing my gas mileage that horribly) or just roll with it.

I am 19 now and I need a car that is reliable and dosnt cost me 400$ a month on gas. I need advice
