Severe foot pain after walking boot

So I had a bad sprain last Thursday, no fractures. It was getting better I could start putting almost all my weight on the foot. Monday I walked a lot with the walking boot/ankle boot, and two hours after removing it when I tried putting pressure I felt a sharp pain on the top of the foot.

Now two days later it still persists . It’s like an upward pressure on the top of the foot, I do also feel pain under the foot near the pinky toe. There was swelling on the top of the foot on Monday but now there is non.

What do you think it the issue, and what can I do to speed up recovery?

Thanks in advance
