Egg bagels similar to NYC style in SD?

Hi so I've been to NYC like twice and tried Absolute bagels in manhattan and it was mindblowlingly good, super chewy and I could for the first time in my life see why white people eat bagels. in particular they had these egg bagels that are yellowish and are slightly sweet and soft and chewy. Seems like most bagel places don't have these, but I'm wondering if there are any near SD that does.
