i need help

i've been having HORRIBlE breakouts on my legs from folliculitus. i've been using the hibicleanse stuff when i shower, non fragranced soap, lysol laundry sanitizer on all my clothes and bedding, and i just don't know what to use to help it or make it stop. i can't not shave at least every few weeks because i do like to wear shorts sometimes. but this is just embarrassing at this point.
