what HAPPENED to the economy? [Mushpoi]

Friends are trying to get back into the game so I figured I'd hop on and see how things are. Tried to get a reskill for my rm and apparently they're 110m now?
Last I played they were 40. What the hell happened? Are the bots this bad?
It seems cheaper to just make a new assist than try and fix my current build :\
