HSBC - Wise fees

Hello guys!

I have a freight forwarder with a USD account in HSBC Hong Kong. I send my USD to them via Wise - but got charged a flat fee of about $40 on both (rather minor) transactions, which will quickly become expensive for me as I need to top up my balance based on order volume. Wise claims the fee is charged by HSBC.

How can I pay my freight forwarder more smartly? 🤔
