Turkish Airlines Layover in Istanbul: Free Hotel and Transportation for Helsinki Flight?

The itinerary that is being arranged for us includes a flight from Manila to Finland with a 9-hour and 30-minute layover in Istanbul, Turkey. 

This flight is operated by Turkish Airlines. I would like to inquire if Turkish Airlines provides any complimentary hotel accommodation and transportation services for passengers with a layover of this duration.
