Hello guys , Iam 25 M with 9-5 office work lifestyle I had injury in deadlift couple of yrs ago did physio that time and took break from lifting for some months when I restarted that pain always used to come whenever I lift ,it's been almost 1.5yr since I stopped lifting completely, for last 6 months I was training in mma sport , but that back always bothering me , not able to train sport properly forget about training, bothering me in day to day life activities like hike riding and sitting in office chair and any activity required bending.
So I wanna stop all trainings and focus only on lower back strengthing and core strengthing and increase my lower back , hips and hamstring mobility which became extremely tight due to lifestyle
So anyone who have good knowledge on this specific issue and workous , pls write down below proper workout routine for it with sets and reps and progression . It would help me a lot .thank you
