Restarting gym - Day 1

Was fit during the college and gained weight during Covid & had it as I got into a job. Things worsened while running a start up and ruined during the break up & then the start up shut down. The transition was from 70 all the way to 115 - 120. Then reduced it to 90 with a good personal trainer.

Had a lot of gaps in between. Weight has reached 100+ again. Like every other person I feel I am gonna be regular this time every time I go after a gap. Manifesting the same but this time with y’all.

Day 1 : Wrist rotation, head rotation, Jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skipping, leg lifting, 10 kg tumbles lifting.
