Please help with my weight loss!

I’m a 24F - 100kgs- 170cms- obese- with hormonal issues- thyroid and pcos I have been normal weight all my life- past two years have been shitty due to my carelessness and emotional turbulence. I give in easily to junk food and sugar. Today I’m bowing down to you all, take me in and help me lose weight and stay healthy. Please give me a diet plan or ideas to stay consistent to lose weight. I’m a student and i do have time in the morning or night to workout.
