Healthkart genuine?

Just saw a healthkart shop. Wanted to ask are these shops genuine and provides good product? Read the reviews looked nice but nowadays they can also be manipulated. So if u ever have purchased items from these HK shops pls let me know and any problem u faced. Why do they give so much discount though? TIA.
