Why did selling fishes instantly kick me out??

I used to have 40 mil, used no life w quantum enchant and fished at the grand reef, grinded for about 12 hours or so and sold all of it then decided to rest

After i came back a few hours later i got this message, and the last thing i remembered doing was selling those fishes,

Anyone know anything about it?
