Cracks in the foundation of a 1920s home?

Excuse the terrible pictures, they’re screen grabs from a video. I haven’t seen this place in person yet but it’s in a great location and the main house needs a minimal amount of work but is being sold as is. It’s in a cold weather location somewhat prone to flooding as well. This is in the basement. Should I hire a structural engineer? Or should I just pass on this one?
