Closing cost question

I got my loan estimate today. I feel like this is a silly question and I don’t want to bother my loan officer more than I already have today, so Reddit it is. My estimated cash to close is $700. My question is, does this include all of the “other costs” that are on my loan estimate? These costs are taxes & govt fees, prepaids, initial escrow payment at closing, other (hoa fees). I heard that estimated cash to close includes everything but I don’t wanna show up to closing with $700 and be surprised if I have to pay more.
