Closed with a 4.125% 30 year conventional loan and just moved in!

It feels surreal and I honestly can't believe I was able to get this mortgage and buy the house I really wanted. I was able to lock in a 4.125% fixed 30 year conventional mortgage loan through a small local bank that had a community first time home buyer program. It was a unicorn type of mortgage, 4.125% with no points, no PMI, no origination fees, appraisal fee credited back, and can put down as little as a 3% downpayment. I was lucky I have a coworker whose mom worked at this bank and knew about it. It ended up being a 45 day closing due to delays from the seller and I was worried the lender would change their mind every day. I didn't rest until I got the keys in hand haha. Good luck to everyone and don't lose hope. I have heard of other people in my area that were also able to get loans in the 4's and 5's!
