I need your opinion

I haven't been playing for long and I don't have a second team yet (I'm building my first one with Acheron), so for the second team I was thinking of pulling Firefly on her upcoming banner. But I've see a lot of debate and doubts about her friendliness and strength at the moment. Should I pull her E0? How demanding is she for her LC? Until I have good characters for her like Ruan Mei and Gallagher, maybe I would try to pull Fugue, but I don't know how good she will be and whether she will be needed for Firefly at all. So I need advice from experienced mains of this girl. Thank you.
