What's the fastest way to pivot into finance as a lawyer?

Hey, so just finished law school and the bar but really want to go into finance , been teaching myself financial modelling but as you would expect its going slow. Its really hard to break into this industry, been trying to send out cold emails to try and get some job placements but to no avail, how can I break into finance quickly as a lawyer plus are there any free course I could take?
