Getting frustrated because husband is not pulling his weigh

I (28f) and my partner (33m) both work in accounting/ finance in client facing roles. When we met this wasn’t an issue as I was just starting my career but now I’m making close to $250k and he’s brining in around $150k and it just keeps bothering me. He has the drive but just isn’t getting the opportunities and has confidence issues and me making more than him doesn’t help. I also do more at home with cooking and planning trips, managing investments etc while he is just busy slaving away at his job. My sense is because he just doesn’t know how to work smart and I’m getting really frustrated. Am I just screwed?
