Has anyone here done Morgan Stanley's Financial Services Representative role?

I have an interview with them for this role. They said that the first 3 months are for licensing and training and then they will choose which department to place me into after the first 3 months. I would love to work for an established firm as I just graduated college, but I am nervous as I am bad at sales and I'm hoping I wouldn't be placed into a sales role. I'm great with investing and with customer service, but not sales.
