What's with the differences in the "scene" in Nibleheim in Crisis Core?

Shown in the original Crisis Core and Reunion somehow.

Also shown in Reunion, but also in Advent Children Complete.

The only image I could find of the \"original\" version of the fire in the OG Crisis Core, is also shown in the original version of Advent Children.

For some reason, every time I find a clip of the Nibleheim Incident, there is somehow a difference in every version.​

Is there some kind of toggle or some shit that causes it to look different every time or?
