Lower rated players that would join a relegated Manchester United?

I’ve started a Manchester United save being relegated in to League One. Made most players free agents except a couple I wanted to keep (yes, they may be the highest potential but in this story they wanted to stay to help rebuild the club).

Created a few of the youth players that are now starters for the club.

Which players under like 75 rated would join to help the rebuild of Manchester United?
