Losing all the sim games with this team. Any ideas?

Hey all,

I am losing nearly all the sim games with this team as Hull City. I am honestly clueless as I take care of the stamina each game, no contract issues whatsoever.

I normally have Dest at my RB but he is injured. Apart from this, do you have any ideas & suggestions how I can win games on sim? Do you experience the same with lower level teams as well? Thanks!
